Pray for miracle

Dear lovely Mommy,

I’m trying for my 4th baby... had various of pregnancy symptoms but after 5 days delayed of my period.. I had a heavy flow bleeding for 2 days and it stop now. Eventually it was shocked but I still pray for miracle that I am still keeping my foetus or maybe the other foetus will still developing..

Please sprinkle me more baby dust.. Pray for miracle and God Blessed..!f
