HSG next week and getting nervous

So my husband and I have been trying now for over 2 years we have finally been referred to a fertility specialist and we had our first consultation and some bloodwork. I already had some other tests but i need an HSG to determine the process to take. The doctor told me its going to be very uncomfortable, and Im afraid of them finding a blockage and being told how much harder its going to be to get pregnant if we can at all. All I have ever wanted since i can remember is to be a mom...anyone have any feedback at least on the hsg? 1.16.18 Update...so i went yesterday and my body didnt let them do the test. I guess I have cervical stenosis. So they tried for 35 min and 2 catheters and couldnt get the fluid up. So lucky me i have to drive 2 and a half hours to go somehwere else today to do it all over again. ....
