For those who have gone to jury duty

So last two weeks of December i received a summons for jury duty 😒 I sent it back with an excuse and unfortunately it didn’t got approved lol . So i received another one saying my excuse wasnt approved or what not so i have to report to jury duty. am i supposed to fill out the whole form again and send it to them?! On the paper it says the location and time of the jury duty . On the paper it says to call for registration or to see if i have to report . So i called , since on the paper it says i have to go this Monday and it says i don’t have to report . What now ?! Lol I don’t want to get fined or go to jail lol
