What is this???

Could this be eczema ? It has gotten so much worse than this picture. Is it some kind of allergy ? Can someone tell me if they have seen this flaky red skin just on the face. What can I️ do to help treat it?? Thank you guys.

Are you sure it’s not just chapped? My LO had a little rash on her face because she was drooling a lot and it got chapped in the cold weather. I put lanolin, breast milk, Vaseline and honest company healing balm on it at different times. Lanolin seemed to help the most.

Some times it’s due to the heat. Try applying aquaphor twice or thrice a day. My little one has this and we were told it’s eczema. My kid runs his face against bed sheet when he is on tummy. It gets worse then. Aquaphor seems to do the trick. Good luck
