7 Positive hpt, hcg at 4

I’m so sad and confused. I was diagnosed in November with blocked fallopian after having 3 miscarriages and 1 full term pregnancy. I missed my period by 9 days. Took a hpt and it was a positive. I surprised us...I took a test every day, this morning it was still positive. I sneezed and felt something dropped in my stomach.

Used the restroom and I had a small clot with tissue discharge. Went to urgent care, they took both a urine and blood test. Both came back negative. We are so confused! How can this be. I showed the dr. The tests and he said I was never pregnant. My HCG was at 4.

My husband and I are lost for words.

Such an emotional roller coasters.
