If you are getting negative test in pretty sure you wouldn't have a stomach already.

Like the other lady said you wouldn’t be showing if you were getting negatives, if it’s too early to show on a test it’s way way to early to start showing in your belly. It just looks like you’re either bloated, pushing your belly out or just gained some weight. 
If you think you’re pregnant even though your tests are negative go to the doctors and get blood work done
