Hey does anyone know can implement bleeding be like period? I did pregnancy test came positive. I took 5 test that came positive. I been told my my gp I can

be 5 weeks pregnant but I started spotting light pink next day. So I called gp told me it’s passible to get implement bleeding. Next day it’s all red like period but it’s not very heavy not passing clots. I did pregnant test witch came out negative been to my hospital they took wee sample and also told me pregnancy test negative. Also told me if I would miscarriage the test would still be positive not negative. anyone had anything similar its actually very strange :/ can pregnancy test lie I was pregnant?
