Antibiotics/medications scare

This is my first pregnancy and I am 16 weeks. I got my first flu shot in 6 years under the pressure of my OB, which I never get because when I do I always get the flu. I caved because she told me it was nonnegotiable. Fast forward two months and I have the flu. O am completely debilitated. I go to urgent care (my doc was closed) and He also finds I have a very serious ear infection. I’ve been prescribed tamilflu and a pregnancy safe antibiotic. Both the urgent care doc and my doc gave me the go ahead to take them, and I feel nearly 100% better but now that I’m more functional I’ve been reading online (worse idea, I know) about the risks. Now I am freaking out. Is this needless? Should I stop taking them? I’m on them for 5 days. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I haven’t even taken Tylenol for my raging consistent pregnancy migraine!
