Period
So I get super bad cramps, cramps to the point where I’m in bed curled up in a ball because I’m in so much pain. Does anyone know how to get rid of cramps fast? I’ve different advil, Ibuprofen, midol, heating pads, hot baths, and not a lot seems to be working for me. If anyone has knows something that works fast and affectively please let me know
