Inexperienced Period person 😪

So I’ve had my period for around two years now, and they are irregular, I’ll maybe have two cycles that are a day or two later then normal, and then have cycles that are a week late, and once I didn’t have a period at all for that month. Anyways, I was supposed to have my period Jan. 4th, and now it’s Jan. 7th. My question is, how long do you normally have symptoms of your period coming? since the 4th my breasts have been sensitive and my back might hurt, along with cramps.
