don't feel stupid, everyone has to find out somehow. it's a climax, and feels like a release of tension, along with some pulsing sensations. it can be different for various people, some can have multiple small ones or one big one or whatever. for most (though not all!) female-bodied it's achieved through clitoral stimulation rather than internal. the clitoris is the sensitive bump above the vagina and it's roughly analogous to the head of the penis.
