Left side of back pain?? 11 weeks, anyone else?

Since last night I’ve been having a sort of sharp/pinching feeling in my lower left back. It’s not constant, every few minutes I get a pain. I was able to fall asleep but when I got up this morning I noticed it’s still going on. I don’t think it’s sciatica because it doesn’t go down to my leg. But I don’t really know. Anyone have experience with this. It’s not unbearable, but it is freaking me out.

Ya I have it. I’m 12 weeks. Every time after I shop or walk a lot I get pain later at night. Don’t have any remedies yet 🙁

I’m 11 weeks as well and mine is on my lower right side!! It is so uncomfortable and I feel like I sprained it. Last night I laid on my back on the floor and did some leg stretches and it cracked out and I felt a good release, I was fine all day and it came back again tonight so just do stretches. I find a pattern that it happens more at night when I’m resting. This is my first pregnancy but I’m sure this is completely normal and I would assume we will have major back pains during our pregnancy. Just think of the little peanut growing inside of you and it takes the pain away it’s all for our little babies 😬❤️
