help please

I thought I started my AF yesterday, the problem with it is I have no cramps bleeding is pretty much non-existent this afternoon and I did not even fill one pad and was not bleeding heavy enough yesterday to even use a tampon. My AF is usually 5 to 7 days heavy cramping the first two days. My suspected AF was 9 days early and I had spotting the day before and I have very light spotting today. This is not normal for me has anyone else experienced this?
