Eyebrow help!!

Ok so do u ever just look in the mirror and realize how shit ur eyebrows have been ur whole life? Yeah, that just happened and I don’t see how my friends let me go around like this 😂

Anyway, so idk if I should get my eyebrows tinted somewhere or if I should just fill them in? ( I only wear mascara for makeup btw, idk if that would look weird like that?). Could I have some advice?? And if I should get them tinted then where from? Thanks guys. Here is a pic of one
