Pregnant and alone.

So, I’m pregnant. Been on birth control for years but with continuous health problems who knows how effective it was (although no doctors ever warned me about effects). My fiancé has decided he is not ready emotionally, mentally, physically, or financially for a child and does not want to be a father. Complete 180 from all previous conversations we’ve had. I feel like I have no choice but to have an abortion. I have no friends, am in a new state, far away from my family, and all I need is a friend right now.
