Colds and coughs

Just wanted to share incase anyone is having the same problems. This year colds and coughs have become a relentless problem for myself. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and have had a cold since I found out pretty much which in the last week turned to a nasty cough! I went to the doctors 3 times for them to say go home rest and take some paracetamol. Which I did! However after googling constantly I came across a thread that said ‘humidifier’, my partner then reminded me that we have one which I actually stopped using recently! I have turned it on tonight and haven’t coughed once. The air in my house doesn’t seem to circulate properly as it is a cottage and has tiny windows so now makes sense! Just wanted to share incase anyone having the same problems! Xx
