Miscarriage?

So my past 3 periods (aside from the one that started today) were insanely light. lasting a day and a half at most light. then some light spotting for the other half of the second day. then really dark discharge but not blood for the 3rd day. and I'm uses to having really heavy periods (bleeding through a tampon in an hour or so) for the first 2.5 days then lighter (but still heavy) bleeding for the next 2.5 days again. but my period started on Friday and was REALLY heavy. total opposite of what I've been experiencing for the past 3 months. then last night I had a "blood clot" come out attached to the tampon but it broke in half. but this clot wasn't blood. it was almost clear but covered in blood. what concerns me is that I have had a miscarriage in the past and it tore me complelty apart. the guy I was with at the time was an abusive asshole and I never ended up telling him about it. I'm really concerned that it might've happened again and that I'll never be able to have a viable pregnancy or carry a baby ever. help 😔
