Pregnancy frustration

Well as many of you ladies may have the same issues, I just needed to vent. I just turned 30 and have been trying with my partner for about two years now, as of Nov/2017 I learned that one of my Fallopian tube are blocked and I just don’t know what else to do. My doctor said the other one looks good and to just keep trying before we decide on reversal tubal surgery.. Have any of you ladies had this issues and if so what are some good tips?? I’m lost
