13 weeks pregnant today and emotional

Started crying out of nowhere today while just chilling on the couch with my fiancé.. I was just sitting and there and realized I had finally had everything I ever wanted!! A house, a career (im a RN), a loving fiancé that I love so much and wouldn’t no what do without him. (He work 6 days a week 11 hour shifts, to help provide for us, cooks and cleans, and doesn’t fuss about anything, does all the little things for me like refilling my water glass just so I don’t have to get up..) and finally our own child on the way... I’m 33 years old.. it’s been a long road to get here.. but im finally here and all my dreams are coming true!!
