Anyone else on the struggle bus when comes to drinking enough water?

I'm 4w+1 and I have been trying to step up my water intake. So I looked up intake bottles for pregnancy on Google and made my own. We shall see how this goes lol

water made me sick during the first trimester. now at 22 weeks I still can barely stomach it and have to have sparkling water instead.

There’s an app called “my water” that has helped me a lot. It sends you reminders to be drinking water and keeps track of how much per day

I’m 23 weeks and it’s still hard for me. When I’m at work, it’s not so bad. For whatever reason when I’m home it’s a struggle 😐
