Can I still fall pregnant after a miscarriage and an abortion

So three months ago I was pregnant and had a missed miscarriage which resulted in me having a procedure done where they had to give me surgery to remove it, with some suction thing.

I just found out i was pregnant and it’s too soon so I’m considering abortion..

Would there ever be future possiblities to be pregnant after having a miscarriage and then an abortion?

Or would this just destroy my chances again..
