I need help ‼️ I’m confused and need answers

So my last period was November 10th , and I was suppose to start December 13th my period never came a little after Christmas the 27th I began to see pink discharge only when I whip very light pink , I kinda ignored but I’m not a spotter when my period is coming it just come , so after that bath room trip I didn’t see nothing else that day next day did the Same Exact thing no blood , then the next day this is now the 29th I see a circle of blood and that was it no AF it is now January 7th and still no auto flow that will make 59 days since my last period 😩 my partner is very excited we both think I am , we both are eating a lot , I’m sleeping so much not really any breast tenderness I am having light cramps nothing like period cramps & also sharp pains . I told a test today & it came out negative , I’m so confused SOMEONE HELP ME please ‼️
