My weight!!!😩😕

Okay so please no hate but I am trying to loose weight and I’m currently 5’3 and 165lbs and I’m 13 but I can’t stay motivated last time I tried loosing weight I slipped into depression and never tried again. ..... but new year new me right? So any tips?! Please

Am I that big? Or is it just a number? Ugh life🤦🏽‍♀️ but any tips I already do cheer and have a back handspring (im on two cheer teams) but what diet should I try or how many calories i should work off a day

Kay so I read all of your comments one by one! And I know y’all are all saying don’t rush into a strict diet just start small with water like 8x a day and choose fruit over candy bar which I’m definitely going to take all of this into consideration!!!!!

And i have downloaded a running app where it lets me walk for 2 mins and run for 1:30 mins so I walked/ran 1.26 miles today!
