Could I be pregnant or is it something else?

idk how to start. um, sometime in November my bf and i had an accident. I had my period later that month the 22nd and it was like 3 days. and very light. December comes and no period. Fast forward to this month during the first week, i have been cramping and having twinges in my stomach and my stomach also feels "fuller". i spotted for about a day and a half and that was it. Now I'm having white creamy discharge?? It doesn't have a bad smell or anything. Help please?!
