Periods sync?

I just watched this video on Buzzfeed, they where trying to figure out if women's periods really do sync up. They asked some ladies, most said yes, very few said no. They also went to get the scientific answer and they doctor explain there was a study done that said they did but there is not really any science to back it up. So science says no but....... I believe yes. What do you believe??

I always thought it was accepted that if women spent long periods of time together their cycles synced up.  I was told it was pheromones.  Happened to me and my roommates.
