Hot German Guy!!! how do you deal with one

I wasn't paying attention and just eating gummy bear when I heard I voice ask a question. I assumed it was just a random and it was something to entertain me so I sarcastically said "sure". Then the person came into view it was a GUY and he made me do a fucking double take. He had pecs, abs, biceps, triceps, and a v line practically perfect like a statue of a sex god. I realized I was staring so I quickly answered his question he laughed and said "thanks" with an accent. He told me he was from Germany and at first didn't express interest in me when chatting ,but his eyes were wondering. I felt confused I'm american and afro latina most guys I know would obviously be upfront about it. So I told him I honestly told him (can't believe I did this usually I'm awkward in these situations and run) I found him attractive and I would like to know him about his interest and personality behind all the muscle. Somehow it got through to him and he said "that's hot" and told me there was something about my face that he couldn't look away. How do you do deal with that HOW?
