Best moisturizer for baby??

Question

It’s been -30 here in northern Wisconsin and it’s really taking its toll on my poor baby’s skin! She has rough, dry patches on her legs, arms, belly and cheeks. 
I’ve always used Aveeno baby lotion but that wasn’t helping so I’ve been slathering her in coconut oil and she’s still dry and chapped 😭
Any tried and true moisturizers you could recommend??

Aquaphor ointment is the best. My daughter has eczema. Only aquaphor works on her

My son has eczema on his cheeks and hands, we use aquaphor/hydrocortisone cream mix to treat that and to keep it from getting more dry and irritated I put aquaphor on before he goes outside. His doctor told us recently to give him a bath/shower every day but don’t use soap just let him get wet and immediately lotion him up. We’ve been using the Dove baby lotion. He’s soft as can be (outside of his eczema) and my hands have gotten so soft from it (they used to be all dry and cracked).

I noticed my daughter started getting red dry patches this winter and the warm/hot bath were drying out her skin. We cut back on baths this winter and do every other night and sometimes the following morning.
Maybe a really moisturizing lotion or soap like Dove or Aquaphor in and after a bath would help too.

I have used a&d; ointment on his elbows at night and it really helped. Not the cream but the smelly stuff that looks like Vaseline.
