The Apple cider vinegar drink to lose weight?

I have been interested in doing the Apple cider vinegar drink Iv been drinking water mixed with it slightly, it honestly does taste horrible. Has it worked for any of you ladies? What do you think about it?

I did it for about a week and noticed my belly slimming up slowly. But the taste was so bad I quit

i still do it 2 times a day a teaspoon 30 min before breakfast n dinner i realized too much will keep u in the bathroom so i cut to 2 times a day!

My husband drinks it like a tea - with hot water, cinnamon and sometimes honey. I drink it this way too if I feel I’m getting sick or feeling run down. It’s pretty good.

I put a bunch of water, some lemon juice, a little pack of stevia and sometimes some cinnamon. It’s pretty good

Mix it with apple juice instead of water. It’s SO much easier to get down!
