Help Me Please !!!!

Me and my boyfriend have been together now for 4 years( we are high school sweethearts). We moved in together at the end of high school. Everything was really great and we were so in love until last year. He would start to tell me what I was and was not allowed to wear and that l looked like a slut if I wore anything remotely revealing. Then I would find him searching through my phone and blocking my friends numbers. When I would ask him about it he would get mad and blame me. That wasnt that big of deal to me because I know he has been cheated on before and is a little insecure about the situation; until I wasnt even allowed to go out with my friends without bringing him along and if I did he would accuse me of cheating on him. When I explained to him that I was a adult capable of making my own decisions he slapped me and told me never to talk back to him again. He had never been aggressive with me before so I didn't really know what to do other than cry. He has become more physical since then to the point were Ive had two bruised ribs and a disslocated shoulder that I lied to my doctor about how I got. Im now officially scared of my boyfriend and what he is capable of doing to me. I want to leave but I have no money or anywhere to go.I can't keep living my life like this. What do I do???
