Best friend is pregnant

I’ve been ttc for about 4 years now. My best friend has 4 children and just found out she’s pregnant with her 5th child. She just started trying like almost 2 months ago and she got pregnant right away. I’m happy for her but can’t help feeling sad.

Me and my fiancé been together for almost 6 years and we’re both healthy. I have 3 kids from previous relationships and he has none. We both got tested and were fine.

Maybe this is God’s way of telling me, I’m done having kids. 😔

Just needed to vent.
