Workout suggestions?
I’m trying to fit fitness along with my lifestyle, I would love to go at least 5 days a week. I currently weigh 140 and would love to shed maybe 15 pounds. When I do workout I am very clueless as to what machines to use? I’d love have a full body workout. I would love to hear some workout recommendations!
