Anxiety

I have never had a lot of anxiety but today for no reason I experienced a really bad panic attack. I was crying and was a wreck, my mom forced me to stay home from school. We went through all of my medication (I have lupus, allergies, and asthma) and discovered that one of them causes anxiety. It was tough this morning and I am glad i have found the source but it sucks because I need to take this medicine...
