Safe to take with a Cold?

Hey all I have 100.4 fever and roboTussin was on the safety list from my doctor. This is just a safer version. This is alcohol free would just like to now if anyone else has taken this for a cold??

It’s safe, but it won’t do a thing for your fever. It’s an expectorant, thins mucus so you can cough it up more easily. Dextromethorphan (the main ingredient in regular robitussin) is a cough suppressant, so it makes you not want to cough. The only pregnancy safe med for a fever is Tylenol.
