So I’m back to work and still nursing and pumping for my 13 month old. I have a field trip that goes the entire day in the next few weeks... we’re at a track and field event. I have no idea what to do... I won’t be able to keep any milk cold but should I try to hand express a bit so I don’t get engorged? Should I just leave it and hope for the best? We leave at 9am and don’t return to school until 2:30 so I could pump before we left but I wouldn’t get a chance before the end of the day. I normally pump 6-8 ounces a day. Any advice?
