Baby name

I have a 16 month old baby and his name its Alan Jacob now i am pregnant with my second boy and i want to name him Alain nethali the first name because of my first son and the other one because a pastor pray for him bc doctor were saying he was going to have Down syndrome but after the prayers doctors could not see anything wrong with my baby but my question its how do you even pronounce the name in English because in Spanish it's easy but no idea how i would pronounce his name when ever i am talking to someone in English
