Need tips on losing weight!
Hello ladies! I am currently 225 pounds, I gained a fair amount of weight from depression and being on Seroquel :(since it slows down your metabolism you can't lose the weight. I used to be 145. I am now proud to say I'm 100% off of the Seroquel since August 2017 and there's no plans to go back! I've just started to ride my exercise bike and I'm eating about 1500 calories a day. What works the best for you ladies? Please let me know!!
