Unprotected period sex

This guy that I’m hooking up with and I had sex tonight and he came in me. He didnt have time to pull out and I’m kind of freaking out. About a minute after I realized what happened, i went to pee it out and the sperm came out but I’m sure there must have been some left over or traveling already. I drove back home (25 mins drive) and as soon as I got home, I washed up with just warm water and also used a douche. It was day one of my period. Will I get pregnant?
