Please Comment.. it would mean a lot

I know most ladies on here don’t comment but this time please ladies can you comment.

The past 2-3 weeks I’ve been having bad cramps. I have been on the birth control for about a month now. They took a pregnancy test and told me it was negative.

I did have sex that night and every night since I got the shot. ( some protected and unprotected nights )

So I thought okay no problem maybe I just have cramps. That’s okay.

Well I woke up this morning and I went pee. I was having bad cramps yesterday and this morning I just felt liquid or blood. So I went pee and the blood was dark and has dark pieces on the toilet paper. So at first I thought it could be blood clots.

I just started my period but idk. ( which could very well be that I did. I don’t know though so that is why I am asking you ladies. )

I don’t know if I was pregnant. I have been nauseous and feeling tired than normal lately.

The dark pieces that were covered in blood looked like blood clots but a little different. It had some of what looks like below as well..

I have never seen this ever when ever I had my period. So I’m just scared I may have had a miscarriage..

I guess the question here is.. did I just have a miscarriage or is this really my period.
