1st time, post-dates and they wouldn't let me go any further at 41+1. 2nd time high BP spike at 40.

I was 39 weeks and 1 day when I was induced. I had a lot of fluid around the baby and he was big as is. They wanted to make sure that they could control my water breaking and keep an eye on the baby make sure the cord didn’t wrap around his neck. Had an all natural birth. He came out 9lbs 13oz and 21.75 inches long. Very healthy

was induced at 38 weeks due tio cholestasis. Didnt progress past 3cm so had a csection. baby was big at 9lbs 4oz

I haven’t been induced yet but I’m currently 38+1 and supposed to be induced at 39 weeks due to type 1 diabetes. My sugars and everything with baby has been great though...

I was induced with my son at 37w1d, because he was measuring somewhat small, one day his heart rate dropped really low, and supposedly I had “high blood pressure” the day before they induced me. BUT I think it’s cause they took it on my forearm rather than the regular way. Once I went to the hospital for the inducement, it was normal. So it was for different reasons all together. However I’m definitely glad they induced, because the day his heart rate went slow scared the shit out of me. I’d rather him be out safe, than risk a stillborn.

In the middle of induction! Reduced fetal movement I'm 40+1 weeks

My daughter was estimated to be around 8lbs already and I wasn't dilating. And they were worried that I wouldn't be able to have a vaginal birth if she got to much bigger. So we decided to induce. And she was born at 8lbs 3oz!
