How do I wean

A breastfed baby who still comfort nurses, always has been a snacker, never has had an “official feeding” time... I give him a cup of milk and he’ll take a few sips but never enough for a whole feeding.. he’s One! I’ve posted before sorry, I keep coming up with a plan or wanting to put my foot down and just wean, but I don’t know where to start it seems impossible! 😬 .....will he be ok with not drinking much milk during the day if I only offer a cup that’s what will happen... he eats plenty of solids...... I’m torn and part of me thinks I should just keep nursing but more of me is ready to stop!
