Serious questions about periods
Ok so I have been tracking my period religiously. My wife and I really want to start a family the problem is I haven’t had a period in 6 months.... a lot of this is because of my PCOS. I need help with figuring out how I should help kinda kick start it until I can see a dr. Do y’all have any ideas or tips?
