Rape ?

So my friend told me like last month or a few months ago that she got taped. She told me to not report it or anything cause she didn’t want her dad to know and she also didn’t want to have to checked. Like I guess if you make a rape allegation doctors have to check for marks on your body and they have to check if your virgin? But idk what to do cause I don’t want the dick that raped her to get away with it, but I also don’t want her to feel betrayed by me or like she can’t trust me.

Edit: my friend is 12 years old turning 13 this month and I know she was friends with guy because it happened in her bedroom when she invited him over. I think he’s either 7th or 8th grader meaning he’d be like 13-14 years old.
