Backwards sleep schedule?
Ik this is weird , but one day I couldn't sleep until around 7 am , so I went to sleep and slept all day and woke up around 6 pm and basically it repeated and I've been on this "sleep during the day , up all night " thing. And idk how to get it back normal , I tried going to sleep around midnight but since I had just woke up a few hours before i couldn't. Any tips? (I've tried pulling an all ... dayer😂😂😂)
