hi everyone I will try to make this short as possible but I was wondering what I can take to actually make me go to the toilet that is safe in pregnancy ? I am from the UK I have not passed any stool for a whole week. I am 9 weeks pregnant as of tomorrow and can't seem to go to the toilet I'm in agony with stomach and back pains and feel I really need to go but I just can't seem to get it out.

in fact I have a been suffering pretty much a whole year now with this since giving birth to my first son in December but now I am pregnant again I can't get nothing out and was giving this by the doctors which I've been giving before but it does not help at all ! just gives me extra cramps. I've been taking it for a week now I was told to take 15ml twice a day.
