How much longer did you mommas who have already given birth go when you were 3cm and 70% effaced? I’m 37+3 and had contractions ALL day yesterday after my doctor checked me but still nothing. Thought it was the real thing, now just feeling exhausted from going all day thinking I was in labor 😫
