Orgasm on period

Well I’ve read so many times that orgasming on your period can ease the cramps. So I did just that in the shower this morning (you can probably guess how with a removable shower head that has different spray settings!) and today seems to be my heaviest day. So I thought why not, I was horny anyway. Anyway that orgasm hurt like hell!!! I am on 30mg codeine for cramps already and my uterus is super sore again now. I can take another codeine soon.
