Symptoms

Okay, so I have slept more than usual the past couple days and I am still so exhausted. I have also had a huge headache the last two days and tmi, but have been constipated and had lower back pain the last two days. I also had spotting yesterday and I woke up today feeling nauseous. I took a test and got a negative. Could those all be signs that I’m implanting and that it was just too soon to get a positive result? Or what do you ladies think? Thank you in advance!
