Back in 1994, ice skater Nancy Kerrigan was attacked after practice which resulted in her leg being broken in hopes she’d miss the Winter Olympics. It was discovered that fellow ice skater, Tonya Hardings, ex-husband hired a man to assault Kerrigan. While Harding didn’t physically do that damage, she knew about the plan.

Since the movie “I, Tonya” has been released, the real Tony Harding has been gaining sympathy points from both cast, critics and movie-goers. Many people claim this sympathy stems from her “not really knowing the plan” and being born on the “wrong side of the tracks.”
