He “doesnt like blowjobs”

My partner and I have been going for a good while now. Sex is a rare thing as we both work so often and are tired a lot of the time.. but when we do have sex he has absolutely no problem going down on me.. yet he has never let me return the favour..

Maybe once or twice but he won’t even let me touch it most times, let alone look at it. He is always hiding himself away when he’s changing or out of the shower..

Any advice? Am I being stupid? Is he just self conscious?
