Is it ok to go through someone’s phone?

My boyfriend thinks he can go through my phone whenever he pleases. I don’t have anything to hide but i still like my privacy. Idc if I’m dating someone, i refuse to throw my privacy away. My friends sometimes text me about personal stuff and i don’t think bc someone is my boyfriend that it is their business. If they have a reason to go through it like believing I’m cheating, then ok. But to literally go through it behind my back while we are together and when i get upset accusing me of cheating bc i like privacy? Annoying.
